Returns

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage

• Returned with all original tags attached

Final Sale Items

All sale, clearance, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at ruexandroseny@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
